SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post within 1-2 days after payment has been confirmed. There may be shipping delays beyond our control due to COVID-19. Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We currently only offer shipping within Canada.

LOCAL PICK-UP
We offer free local pick-up at 1060 Sheppard Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario. You will be sent an email to confirm your order is ready for pick-up and can coordinate a pick-up time. Pick up will be in the main entrance of the Condo building, a well-lit and secure area ensuring both of our safety. 

For now, pick up is only available Monday-Friday from 5-8pm and anytime from 9-8pm on weekends. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We currently offer $10 standard delivery for orders only within the GTA. Once your order has been placed we will reach out to coordinate delivery times. To avoid any potential issues, we prefer to hand customers their order and avoid leaving packages unattended. 

 

RETURNS:

Due to the personal nature of these products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Each product is handmade in small batches, please expect that each item may have slight variations from batch to batch. If items are damaged or the item is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange to remedy the situation to the best of our abilities.
